ON THE GOOD SIDE
We have made a number of arrests this week for serious assault and shop thefts. A shop lifter targeting the shops in HOBS MOAT ROAD and LYNDON RD has now been apprehended and charged with the offences and will attend court.
The team ran a joint traffic operation with Smith’s Wood Neighbourhood team and West Midlands Force Traffic. We were out in force pulling over cars and tackling the issues raised to us by residents around speeding and drug dealing in the area. We have taken one car off the road and carried out stop searches tackling local offenders. We would like to thank our colleagues for assistance around this operation
We have continued our proactive patrols in the area targeting Anti-Social Behaviour, drug hot spots and burglary/vehicle crime.
